Estamos buscando un Growth Hacker creativo, analítico y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudarnos a hacer crecer nuestro negocio rápidamente. Como Growth Hacker, serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias innovadoras y basadas en datos para atraer, adquirir y retener clientes.
**Funciones principales**
- Investigar y comprender las tendencias del mercado y el comportamiento de los usuarios.
- Identificar y priorizar las oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing y adquisición de clientes innovadoras y basadas en datos.
- Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
- Trabajar con otros equipos de la empresa para alinear los objetivos de crecimiento y garantizar una ejecución exitosa.
**Requisitos**:
- Grado en marketing, publicidad, negocios o un campo relacionado.
- 3 años de experiência en marketing digital, con enfoque en el crecimiento de usuarios.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Experiência con herramientas de análisis web y marketing digital.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Pensamiento creativo y capacidad para innovar.
**Se valorará**:
- Experiência con SEO, SEM, marketing de contenidos, marketing en redes sociales y otras estrategias de marketing digital.
- Experiência con pruebas A/B y otros métodos de optimización de la tasa de conversión.
- Experiência con el desarrollo de productos y la experiência del usuario.
- Experiência con el análisis de datos y la visualización de datos.
