**About the team**
Join our proactive Marketing team, where your role as Performance Marketing Manager will be pivotal in shaping and driving our demand generation strategies. You'll be directly contributing to our team's success, led by the Growth Marketing Manager, and collaborating with various departments to foster growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the execution and measurement of demand generation initiatives. Optimize paid media, inbound and outbound campaigns and contribute to our team's understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey impact.
- Co-design and execute the customer acquisition marketing plan. Focus on growing the MQL/SQL database and improving CRM results, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy and Go-to-market plan for multiple countries.
- Propose and execute A/B tests. Recommend optimizations in channels, audiences, and mediums. Utilize multi-touch attribution models to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and actions.
- Work closely with the Strategic Content & Media Manager to co-create assets for paid media, inbound, and outbound campaigns. This includes visuals, videos, and copy, ensuring all content is compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance across various platforms.
- Take charge of the constant analysis, reporting, and communication of findings. Provide actionable recommendations to address issues and optimize campaign performance.
- Implement result-driven strategies, focusing on paid campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Manage tools like HubSpot and GA4, ensuring alignment with performance tactics and main marketing strategies.
- Effectively allocate and manage the budget for paid campaigns and inbound / outbound initiatives, and lead the monitoring of Marketing KPIs, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI.

- Proficient in both attracting (inbound) and engaging (outbound) potential clients, guiding them through their decision-making journey.
- Familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and proficient in using martech tools (e.g. GA4) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Skilled in digital marketing and adept at running successful paid media campaigns.
- Skilled at dissecting data and deriving meaningful insights from KPIs.
- Capable of crafting and implementing strategies based on solid evidence.
- Focused on achieving both immediate goals and paving the way for long-term success.
