Acerca del rol de Personal Assistant y Office Manager: En esta posición, como Personal Assistant y Office Manager en una empresa del sector Servicios ubicada en el centro de Madrid, tu misión principal será el apoyo al puesto directivo y la gestión de la oficina.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Recepción de visitas, atención telefónica y presencial.
- Gestión de correo electrónico, llamadas, viajes y reservas.
- Supervisión y gestión de la oficina.
- Compras, aprovisionamientos y gestiones personales.
- Punto de contacto y coordinación con el personal doméstico, contrato de servicios, mantenimiento y reparaciones.
- Gestión de agenda y organización de reuniones.
- Control de stock, material de oficina.
- Principal punto de contacto para los empleados.

Para desempeñar está posición, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil con Formación Universitaria, Grado en Secretariado, Administración y Finanzas o similar. Además, es importante tener al menos 5 años de experiência en una posición similar e inglés bilingüe (se valorará en entrevista).

La empresa busca un perfil polivalente, responsable, y con gran capacidad de organización que pueda incorporarse y seguir desarrollando su carrera profesional. Ofrecen contrato con jornada completa y banda salarial atractiva.
