Desde la División de **Assistant & Executive Support** de **LHH Recruitment Solutions** seleccionamos para uno de nuestros clientes un/a Office Manager/Personal Assistant con inglés C1 para importante empresa del sector financiero. Vacante ubicada en recepción.

**Entre sus funciones**:
Gestión de viajes, reservas y liquidación de gastos para el CEO de la compañía

Filtro de llamadas.

Atención de visitas

Gestión de salas

Paquetería y otras tareas vinculadas con la recepción

Contacto con proveedores/as, pedidos de material de oficina y otros insumos.

Organización de Eventos

Otras tareas relativas al puesto

**Se requiere**:
3-5 años de experiência en posición similar

Inglés C1-C2

Buen nível de ofimática

**Se ofrece**:
Contrato indefinido

Salario fijo 30.000€ - 35.000€ B/A + bonus

Horario L-J 9:00h a 19:00h viernes 9:00h a 15:00h
