The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**About the team**

Partner Transformation Team is driving partner business development and enablement activities focusing at SAP Reselling partners. The target is to grow joint business with these partners while supporting them in their business transformation towards modern cloud companies.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Partner Transformation
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date May 2023

**In this role, you’ll**:
Challenge yourself by contributing to the Growth Story of SAP via partners. Get a great professional experience with one of the most successful sales organizations in the world.

The primary responsibility of the SAP Partner Transformation Intern is to support the SAP Partner Transformation Experts in gaining in productivity and efficiency in executing digital Partner enablement and business development initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize communication through various channels, both internally & externally
- Engage with a set of Partners around various topics, including the business development activities through our North-Star program
- Manage a Business Assessment tool with an objective to measure the maturity level of a Partner Organisation and to Benchmark Partners - Data collection, Data maintenance, Data transition,, tracking and creating learning paths via ADAPT
- Collect, update and analyze data using MS Excel to measure growth and analyze business opportunities
- Co-host online meetings as technical producer (Zoom, MS Teams) - manage participant entry, capture inputs into Mural

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone with a creative mindset, who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Master Student with interest into business, active student status required
- Can do mindset, resourcefulness, self-motivated team player
- Advanced MS PowerPoint, skills
- Intermediate MS Excel, MS Outlook skills
- Fluent business English
- Language skill in another language from Northern Europe (Danish, Dutch, French, Norwegian or Swedish) would be an asset

Work Experience:
Experience in analytics, marketing and communication would be a plus
