We are looking for a specialist in salary and HR services

A timely and correct salary payment is just about the most important thing in an organisation. And such a pay slip, that involves a lot of work. As a payroll specialist, you know this better than anyone.

**Which task can you expect?**

As a payroll and HR Adviser at SD Worx you provide service to a varied client portfolio.

It is your challenge to support our clients every month with the HR and payroll administration to their full satisfaction.

Of course, we don't have to explain to you that payroll is not about entering figures into Excel. As a payroll specialist, you take care of payroll processing from A to Z for your own client portfolio.

Together, we ensure a good structure and planned activities. This way, we do not have a peak in work towards the end of the month, but as early as the 2nd week.

Together with your team, you review the activities on a daily basis, work with a buddy and have monthly meetings.

As a result, together we ensure happy customers and work on your development as a specialist.

**What does the team consist of?**

You work together with 20 colleagues, divided into 3 clusters for clients from 50 to over 1000 employees.

By working in the clusters for a fixed client group, there is a good mix of experience so that you can always spar with a colleague if necessary. By working directly with the manager, there are also no unnecessary links and we take a pragmatic approach.

**What do we ask for?**

Minimum MBO working and thinking level and you are available for at least 32 hours a week.

You are customer-oriented and can communicate well.

You have at least two years' work experience as a payroll administrator.

Not yet obtained your PDL? Then we will ensure that together

You can express yourself well in Dutch (orally and in writing).
