POSITION
Reportando al Comercial Analyst Specialist, la misión del Sales Administration será principalmente dar soporte al departamento comercial y al Director General, apoyando en el equipo en la gestión administrativa y realizando el proceso administrativo de los pedidos solicitados por los clientes, minimizando incidencias y retrasos, analizando KPI’s e identificando oportunidades comerciales.

- Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos: novedades, pendientes y de reposición para comprobar la inexistencia de incidencias
- Resolución de incidencias
- Elaboración semanal de las tablas de colocación de las acciones del ciclo
- Recuperación del EDI de Clientes, supervisión, filtrado y envío a Francia.
- Atención de las consultas de los clientes acerca de los precios, las novedades, etc
- Seguimiento de la situación de los clientes
- Grabación de las dotaciones extras de muestras y archivo general
- Validación del débito y el crédito (Rappel, COP, mkt )
**Business/Admin**:
- Organización y gestión la agenda y los preparativos de viajes del Director General y de sus N-1 en caso necesario
- Verificación de las presentaciones del Director General: formato, traducciones, etc.
- Coordinación de los eventos de las Marcas: Ciclos, seminarios, planes de Marca, visitas internacionales, etc.
- Colaboración en los Monthly report, Business Review, Flash
- Creación y Desarrollo de un sistema de reporte
- Preparación de los Informes sell out en colaboración con los equipos internos y los equipos HQ
- Validación de las hojas de gastos para el departamento comercial
- Realización de los pedidos para el material informático, de Oficina, papelería para las marcas
- Gestión de la tienda de empleados LVMH y de los proveedores (dar de alta)
PROFILE
- Bachillerato/ FP administrativo
- Manejo de herramientas : Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Experiência previa en Administración de Ventas o similar
- Nível alto en inglés
- Persona resolutiva
- Dinamismo
