**About the Job**
The Sales Administration Trainee Iberia supports our Sales and Administration team, by dealing with after-sales and administrative tasks.
This position is based in our beautiful office in Madrid, Spain.
**What you'll do**
- Assembling the administrative documents related to the trainings.
- Process the registration of Tests and transfer of trainings and manage the back-office and other systems.
- Manage and archive office documents.
- Filling clients documents.
- Support with financial tasks.

**What we're looking for...**
- Higher school certificate minimum required. Degree in Modern Languages or Economics appreciated.
- Spanish native or bilingual speaker.
- High level of English, both written and oral.
- Good knowledge of the field of ongoing education with new technologies and/ or Customer care would be an advantage.
