La posición que estamos buscando es para fortalecer el equipo de AniCura ARS Hospital Veterinario.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación en Administración y Gestión.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años como Administrativo donde haya realizado labores relativas al puesto como:

- Tareas financieras del hospital: facturas de proveedores, liquidaciones de caja, listados de ventas, listados de stock, gestión de inventarios, etc.
- Tareas relativas a la administración de personal del centro: proceso mensual de nómina en coordinación con proveedor externo, elaboración de los calendarios de turnos del hospital, así como el calendario de vacaciones, coordinación de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y otra documentación asociada.
- Tareas relativas a servicios generales: negociación con suministros de telefonía o eléctricas.
- Mantenimiento del archivo de documentación física del hospital.
- Otras tareas administrativas propias del puesto.
- Se valorará experiência en el sector veterinario o en clínicas de salud humana.
- Orientación al cliente, al paciente y al equipo.
- Interés en el aprendizaje y la formación continua.
- Residencia en la zona o capacidad de cambiar de domicilio.
- Idiomas: Inglés nível medio y/o alemán será un plus.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office
