Travel & Events Coordinator - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
You must have excellent English and communication skills, good knowledge in Excel, and working with service desk is a plus.
Other skills include:
- Large event experience
- Knowledge in air and hotel booking data requirements
- Manage rooming list
- Technical experience in Online portals and back
- end data management (Technical file integration experience is a plus)
- Supplier management within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work with limited supervision with a hands
- on approach
- Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills liaising with external suppliers, clients and colleagues
- High level of attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational skills including ability to multi
- task and prioritise to meet varied and tight deadlines
- Demonstrates a proactive approach with good problem
- solving skills and use of initiative
