- Warehouse Key User, Planning manager and Serial Production Coordinator (SPC), Material Planner

**External**:

- 3PL (**T**hird **P**arty **L**ogistician), logistic partners, subcontractors
- Truck drivers

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the 3PL and his employees operates in an environment that complies with Alstom’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
- Ensure that the 3PL works according to the conditions and service levels agreed in the contract:

- Ensure the storage of materials, guarantee the quantities stored and the correct storage conditions.
- Ensure the material availability, integrity & delivery on time on production line
- Manage the physical material flows (reception, putaway, kitting, mirror area, shipping) to always keep physical and system flows aligned
- Ensure the ERP (**E**nterprise **R**esource **P**lanning) solution is implemented and correctly used by Logistics operators
- Monitor & challenge the performance of each warehouse activity through Key Performance Indicators
- Actively contributes to the Continuous Improvement activities & APSYS (**A**lstom **P**roduction **S**ystem) roadmap and all Alstom programs related to Logistics on his own site.
- Participate in all daily meetings with the 3PL

**Operational activities**:

- Guarantee follow-up and performance of 3PL activities through KPIs of your shift.
- Analyse the Root Causes of any logistic issues and agree with the internal stakeholders and the Management of the 3PL on corrective actions. Follow up on these actions and participate in their realization
- Participate in the warehouse layout and optimize the storage space (layout, warehouse sizing, slow moving stock / scrapping process,)
- Contribute to the implementation of mirror area in the warehouse to optimize line feeding activities (Kanban flow, sequence,)
- Solve all the logistics incidences and continuous communication with all departments.
- Respect any specific storage regulations (chemicals, battery,)
- Secure inventory accuracy and organize physical counting activities (both cycle counting and wall to wall)

**Educational Requirement**:
**Mandatory**:

- Graduated from Industrial / Supply Chain master

**Desirable**:

- Specialized in Supply Chain

**Experience**:
**Mandatory**:

- Experience of minimum 1-3 years in similar position
- Experience and use of ERP solution
- Knowledgeable of ERP SAP (IM and WM module)
