ACREW is a superyacht Marketing and Consultancy company with offices in The Netherlands and Spain. At ACREW we aim to assist our clients to build and improve their reputation in the Superyacht industry as well as offer them engagement with the key player's Captains, Crew and Charter Brokers. To achieve that we deliver high-standard worldwide events which introduce professional development opportunities to Captains, Crew and Charter Brokers. They are invited to attend Events, Familiarisation Trips and to participate in our famous Annual Crew Awards and Chef Competition.

More importantly, ACREW offers high-end intelligence of our industry to management companies, vessels and companies active in the Superyacht sector.

**The role?**You will be part of our international sales team and given the responsibility to find new clients and manage the accounts of these clients. You will present, promote and sell products/services from ACREW to existing and prospective clients. You will also analyse new sales potential in different geographical and sector areas. Preferably your role will include building relationships with destinations to help promote our destination marketing services.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A new colleague with a commercial mindset and preferably experience in sales
- Who has excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly motivated and target driven
- Is not afraid to pick up the phone or to meet new potential clients
- Has attention to detail and is able to prioritise
- Has time management and organisational skills
- Ideally with a background in tourism or the yachting industry

**Salary**: From 1,800.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 07002 Palma de Mallorca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
