**What does this internship consists of?**
**Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.**
**You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, **where you can learn and complete your academic background.**
**The start of the internship will be in early March 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.**
**Internship within Transformation Programs Architecture (d/f/m)**
Transformation Programs Architecture within the Digital Function ensures that the enterprise architecture vision and target picture is consistently operationalized and implemented across the end-to-end digital transformation programs of Airbus Defence and Space. The team of Transformation Programs Architecture is currently developing a Semantic Data Integration solution for our complex multidisciplinary system.
Data is today's driver for decision making, forecast and business analysis. Extracting knowledge from various heterogeneous multidisciplinary sources in a complex environment requires integration between these data sources. This work will bring the applicant a view of the current challenges in this research field.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Understand data, information and knowledge concepts
- Analysis of currently existing data integration methodologies
- Conceptual approaches to attribute based access control
- Database analysis for semantic data integration
- Modelling semantic integration data
**Requirements**:
- Enrolled full time student aiming for university degree in the field of Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems or equivalent with a passion for aviation and aerospace and the digital world
- Willingness to work independently, high level of motivation for learning and improvement of skills, personal initiative and the ability for efficient timing
- Team spirit and willingness to co-operate and working together in an international company
- Knowledge of modelling languages (UML, SysML or Archimate)
- Skills in engineering software like Doors, Simulink, Cameo, 3DX are welcome
- Fluency in English is mandatory
