Creating delivery notes and purchase orders in SAP.
- Entry data of hours consumed from external agencies.
- Maintaining a digital record of external agencies.
- Completes operational requirements by assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Continuous collaboration in other duties assigned by his/her superior.
- Investigate and escalate any operations discrepancies.
- Other adhoc financial duties that Management may request.

Good level of excel|Hybrid Model
- Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Database management.
- Accurate data entry.
- Billing and record-keeping.
- Communication (written and verbal).
- Organization and planning.
- Ownership
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve monthly
- SAP (knowledge - no mandatory) - Excel (Medium to Advance )
