**AnyTech365** is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos and Marbella a Swedish IT Support Agent, specializing in cybersecurity and tech support. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE**_:_
- Providing prompt assistance and support to customers through calls and electronic requests.
- Utilizing best practices to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conducting remote cleaning procedures as needed.
- Resolving problems during initial contact using your training and available documentation.
- Recording and documenting customer issues accurately.
- Adapting to changing information within the support department and the organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native level of Swedish.
- Previous IT/tech support experience/ proven high technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Passionate about technology.
- Flexible, supportive, encouraging, and willing to listen, learn, and improve together.
- High level of English or Spanish proficiency.
