With sustained growth and exciting new contracts, YourShortlist are actively recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join our commercial team. The role will be 50% account management and 50% new business so it’s important that any person considering this role has a strong background in new business.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for managing clients from local SME’s to international accounts, as such an ability to build rapport at all levels is essential.

Training and support offered on the job and external training available.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a base of established accounts.
- A monthly revenue target and growing current client base.
- Regular client engagement.
- Monitoring of current client investment to establish campaign progress.
- Attending networking events.

**Essential**
- Minimum of 2 years account management or new business sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to converse comfortably with director level contacts.

**Desirable**
- Experience building an account base.
- Ability to engage prospects both inbound and through cold calling.
- Basic understanding of the IT marketspace.
