Inbound Sales Representative

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading technology company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join their team.

Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Torremolinos (Málaga), Spain or Casablanca, Morocco

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the first point of contact for B2C customers - handle inbound enquiries regarding tech issues, Wi-Fi connectivity, virus advice, firewall support and related issues in a timely manner
- Perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using the company's professional toolkit to scan the device
- Give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
- Convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- High school diploma is considered a plus
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given
- Ability to identify sales opportunities
- Tech savvy - computer literate with solid IT knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills, ability to speak with customers in a bright, positive and helpful manner
- Be positive and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
