**THE ROLE**:
The Business Resilience coordinator manages routine updates to the detailed information supporting the Business Resilience (BR) Program and provides business guidance, standards, and consultation to business units specific to global BR best practices.

The business resilience coordinator is responsible for resilience planning and verification, and support data centers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**BC Planning and Exercise**
- Perform Business Impact Analysis with business process owners
- Ensure annual compliance of all BC plans
- Conduct annual exercises for each location and business unit
- Document and remediate exercise findings

**Incident Management**
- Assist the Alight Response Center (ARC) with BC recovery from an actual incident
- Conduct After Action Review of incident with senior leadership
- Record lessons learned
- Document and remediate follow-up issues
- Summarize the incident in a client-facing report

**Castellan/Riskonnect - BC and Disaster Recovery (DR) Tool**
- Maintain and modify Assurance tool and BC/DR plans within the tool
- Liaison between Riskonnect and Alight for product enhancements, contract updates, technical support, troubleshooting etc.
- Administer tool services including new user ids, plan access and password resets
- Develop reports from the tool to support metrics and user inquiries
- Train and support users as they navigate the tool
- Produce and maintain Alight specific Assurance user guides

**Miscellaneous Tasks**
- Represent BR in SOC and client audits
- Respond to client RFPs
- Integrate Mergers & Acquisitions into the BR program
- Review and update standards, policies, overviews, and other BR documents annually
- Communicate BR concepts to all levels of the company in both written and verbal form.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related Information Technology field
- Two + years’ experience in Risk Management, Business Resilience or Continuity Planning, or related work experience.
- ISO22301 Certification, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) preferred, but not required.
- Role might require assisting Disaster Recovery Exercises outside working hours and weekends.
