Summary:
**Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise support a selection of clients**
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand future staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Set up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process.
- Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders.
- Be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
- Coordinate the Employee Referral program and internal weekly newsletter.
- Plan the New Hire onboarding of TA team members.
- Act as a liaison with HR representatives on any pre-employment issues.
- Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to team projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate, updated, and compliant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Professional /Job Experience
- BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Experience as a coordinator of hiring teams for business roles.
- Extensive recruitment experience in Spain
- Infojobs, Linked-in, Oracle and SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
