Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Freelance Growth Marketer talentueux et dynamique pour intégrer notre équipe.

**Description**

**Missions**
- Coordonner avec le business lead pour planifier, développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies médias payantes complètes afin d'augmenter la notoriété de la marque, les revenus et la croissance sur divers canaux et segments.
- Coordonner avec le business lead pour proposer et mener des campagnes marketing efficaces.
- Optimiser les stratégies marketing avec un focus sur les mesures de performance marketing et les KPI.
- Concevoir, tester et exécuter des techniques de growth hacking pour améliorer l'acquisition d'utilisateurs, les taux de conversion et la rétention des clients.
- Concevoir et créer des landing pages attrayantes et efficaces avec Webflow, en optimisant la conversion et l'expérience utilisateur.
- Créer et développer des textes engageants pour nos divers placements marketing afin d'assurer une interaction optimale avec les clients et une cohérence de la marque.
- Assister dans le développement et la gestion de partenariats, de parrainages et de collaborations avec les influenceurs pour augmenter la notoriété de la marque, les revenus et étendre la portée.
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports perspicaces au business lead démontrant le succès des campagnes et les domaines d'amélioration (en collaboration avec le Data Analyst en interne).

**Compétences**
- Parfaite maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de growth marketing, de marketing digital ou similaire.
- Solide connaissance des techniques de growth hacking, du marketing de performance et des KPI de marketing digital.
- Expérience avérée avec Webflow et des plateformes de marketing telles que Meta, TikTok et Reddit.
- Compétences analytiques exceptionnelles avec une mentalité axée sur les données.
- Capacité démontrée à analyser les données, identifier les tendances et prendre des décisions basées sur les données pour améliorer les performances.
- Expérience avec les tests A/B, l'optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO) et les outils d'analyse de sites web.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à hiérarchiser dans un environnement rapide.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales.
- Autonome et orienté résultats, avec une approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes.
- Utilisation de solutions d'IA pour optimiser les processus et accélérer la livraison des projets.
- La connaissance du marketing produit dans le domaine des SaaS sera considérée comme un atout majeur.
