**Responsibilities**
As an HR Administrator, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that are central to our team’s success:
- **Employee Support**: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, offering expert guidance on policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- **HR Data Management**: Keep our systems updated with accurate employee information, from onboarding new hires to processing departures.
- **Payroll & Benefits**: Assist in ensuring payroll accuracy and keeping employee benefits up to date.
- **Absence Tracking**: Maintain clear, organized records of employee absences.
- **Compliance Excellence**: Stay ahead of legal requirements and HR best practices, keeping our processes aligned with industry standards.
- **Ad Hoc Support**: Step in wherever needed to provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR team.
- **Culture Champion**: Play an active role in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and productive workplace.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in HR administration or a related field, with a strong grasp of HR fundamentals.
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with Spanish labor law and fluency in English.
- **Skills**: A proactive mindset, incredible organizational abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
- **Confidentiality**: High standards of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
**Bonus Points for**:
- Experience with Payfit and payroll compliance.Knowledge of the FUNDAE system and training course processing.
