¿Eres proactivo y te gustan los retos? Participa en el programa **“Desarrolla tu propio Equipo”**, seis meses de trabajo y formación completa a cargo de nuestro equipo con el objetivo de liderar tu propio equipo y ser Sales Manager.

Buscamos:

- Experiência de al menos dos años en el sector comercial o venta.
- Motivación por los entornos dinámicos.
- Ejercicio de la acción comercial.
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Carné de conducir B.
- Idiomas: Catalán.

Habilidades:

- Orientado a resultados: Buscamos personas que tengan mentalidad ganadora y ganas de superación.
- Flexibilidad, capacidad de toma de decisiones y de resolución de retos.
- Con ganas de aprender y demostrar su valía comenzando desde las bases del negocio.

Funciones:

- Tu función será acompañarlos y liderar con el ejemplo para que den su mejor versión cada día.
- Reuniones de venta y fijarás los objetivos.
- Acompañarás y formarás a los nuevos miembros de tu equipo desde su primer día. Somos comerciales que estamos cerca del cliente y estarás con ellos cada día para que se conviertan en los mejores de su zona.
- Ayudarás y motivarás a los comerciales, serás el referente para ellos.
