**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Customer Service Representative zullen zijn**:

- Voortdurend brainstormen met je collega's om de klantervaring te verbeteren
- Probleemoplossing, innovatie en verandermanagement maken deel uit van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden
- Controleren en afhandelen van betalingsverzoeken van verkopers en kopers via verschillende klantplatforms
- Verantwoordelijk voor Trustpilot reviews die de algemene NPS van het bedrijf verbeteren door uitstekende service
- Vragen van klanten signaleren en escaleren en met passende oplossingen komen
- In kaart brengen en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen om het klanttraject en de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren

**Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze functie**:

- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op moedertaalniveau en een C1 niveau in de Engelse taal
- Minimaal MBO4 diploma, achtergrond in IT/financiën/economie is een pré
- Vaardigheid in het gebruik van computers
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in het werken in een ambitieus team
