**Misión del puesto**: Ejecutar la estrategia, procesos de contratación, negociación, seguimiento y control de los servicios con terceros a nível global, así como los proyectos de transformación necesarios con el objetivo de optimizar los costes unitarios y eficienciar el volumen de contratación, mejorando la cuenta de resultados de la organización.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- **EDUCACIÓN Y FORMACIÓN**:Titulación universitaria, Facility Management, Facility Services, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería, y/o relacionadas con el puesto.
- **IDIOMAS**:Español + Inglés (nível alto).
- **CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS**:
- Imprescindible, negociación de contratos y seguimiento económico de contratos.
- Muy recomendable, conocimientos en relaciones laborales.
- Muy recomendable, gestión de la calidad.
- Excel avanzado, SAP, COUPA.
- Amplio conocimiento de la industria hotelera, incluyendo tendencias, desafíos y oportunidades.
- Trabajo en equipo. Organización y planificación.
- **EXPERIENCIA**: De 3 a 5 años de experiência previa en puesto similar.
