Nuestro cliente es un reconocido fabricante y distribuidor de complementos alimenticios y productos dietoterápicos.

Desde Hays Life Sciences estamos buscando un/a Director/a Nacional de Ventas para liderar el equipo comercial de la compañía. Reportando al Director de la Unidad de negocio y gestionando directamente a cinco Area Managers, te encargarás de liderar el equipo de representantes comerciales para llevarlo a ocupar la primera posición en el mercado de nutrición clínica en España.

Te responsabilizarás de desarrollar el plan anual de ventas, recursos, gastos y organización para cumplir con los objetivos competitivos y de crecimiento corporativo. Además, supervisarás las actividades de ventas, brindarás apoyo a los equipos de ventas y estarás presente en el desarrollo y seguimiento de la ejecución de los planes de trabajo comerciales con el objetivo de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas preestablecidos, junto con el coaching y la dirección de equipos comerciales y jefes de área.

Para optar a esta posición es imprescindible aportar mínimo de una licenciatura y un MBA o Máster en Gestión comercial. Buscamos a alguien con experiência mínima de 5 años en posiciones gerenciales y de liderazgo de equipos de nutrición, farmacéuticos o de dispositivos médicos.

Pensamos en un/a profesional con excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, capacidades analíticas y de coaching. Habilidad para planificar, gestionar y ejecutar proyectos dentro del presupuesto y en el plazo previsto. Alguien con fuerte pensamiento estratégico y mentalidad centrada en la innovación.
