Desde KNAUF estamos seleccionando una posición para la gestión completa del proceso de pedidos de clientes. Es un puesto clave en nuestra empresa, para agilizar y optimizar el proceso de pedidos y dar una atención y un pedido "KNAUF" a nuestros clientes. **¿Qué requisitos estamos solicitando para formar parte del equipo de KNAUF?**
- No necesitamos una formación específica, pero sí nos gustaría que contaras con una **formación superior **y **especialización en área de atención al cliente y logística**.
- Necesitamos alguien acostumbrado/a a trabajar con **SAP **(es el que usamos, entre otros) o alguno similar para estar habituado/a a este tipo de herramientas.
- Además de hablar **castellano** con total fluidez, nos gustaría que la persona que se una a nuestro equipo pueda defenderse también en **inglés** **(mínimo B2)**. ¿Por qué? Es cierto que en el día a día no se va a usar de manera habitual, pero este nível mínimo te va a permitir mayores posibilidades de desarrollo interno, entender mejor todo lo que nos llega a nível internacional y poder tener mayor visibilidad cuando tengamos visitas internacionales que sólo hablan en ese idioma. Además, es muy habitual tener pedidos internacionales. Como tenemos una relación muy estrecha con nuestros clientes, que pueden estar en Francia o en comunidades autónomas en España con lenguas oficiales (gallego, catalán, euskera), si además te defiendes en alguno de estos idiomas (sin ser imprescindibles) las oportunidades en el proceso crecerán exponencialmente.
- Son muchos los nuevos retos y cambios que nos vamos a encontrar en este área, por lo que necesitamos alguien que tenga capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación al cambio de forma muy positiva y proactiva.
- Y por último, cómo no, disponer de una **experiência previa** de al menos 3-5 años realizando este tipo de tareas en empresas similares a la nuestra, con fabricación propia.
