Se trata de una compañía del mundo de la moda, fragancias y cosmética está buscando un R+D Technician Make Up para su equipo en Barcelona.

Buscamos a alguien con Licenciatura o máster en Ciencias (química, Química Cosmética, Ciencias Biológicas, Farmacia o Ingeniería), imprescindible inglés fluido, y que quiera formar parte de una multinacional química líder en su sector, donde pueda formar parte de un equipo potente en el departamento del Centro de Investigación.

¿Tú misión? Formar parte del departamento del Centro de Investigación, bajo el Gestor de Desarrollo de Productos de Fórmula de Maquillaje, para diseñar productos de maquillaje (formulación) y trabajar en innovaciones de fórmulas.

¿Cómo?
- Coordinar el desarrollo de nuevas fórmulas de maquillaje, la reformulación con el fabricante externo de laboratorios y terceros.
- Evaluar las fórmulas, resaltar el rendimiento del producto, y medir el riesgo técnico de cada fórmula. Proporcionar orientación y análisis técnico para cada desarrollo.
- Coordinar todas las pruebas de homologación y el seguimiento de datos para asegurar un nível de alta calidad y viabilidad comercial.
- Interpretar los resultados y proporcionar recomendaciones en caso de problema; Asegúrate de todas las pruebas para garantizar un producto final comercializable está previsto.
- Seguimiento de los proyectos reportando informes semanalmente.
- Proceso de transferencia de fabricación principal desde lotes de laboratorio piloto a la producción comercial con nuestro socio industrial.
- Contribuir a resolver problemas de fórmula, producto o proceso durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto.
- Crear, recoger y mantener toda la documentación necesaria relacionada con el producto/fórmula para desarrollar y comercializar los productos.
- Busca proactivamente nuevos conceptos, materiales, tecnologías, oportunidades técnicas y asociaciones para su posible aplicación en nuevos productos.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
¿Qué necesitas para hacer match? - Licenciatura o máster Ciencias (Química, Química Cosmética, Ciencias Biológicas, Farmacia o Ingeniería). - + 2 años de experiência participando en el desarrollo de fórmulas cosméticas, más concretamente de maquillaje. - Español e inglés fluido, el francés es un plus. - Persona con habilidades comunicativas y organizativas. - Conocimientos prácticos de ensayos físicos y métodos analíticos. - Familiarizado con la normativa cosmética mundial y las GMP cosméticas.
