**The role**

We are looking for an **IT Product Owner** to be part of our **R&D IT team**.

R&D Information Technology (IT) is the stream in Nestlé IT in charge of powering the R&D function with IT capabilities to drive company growth through breakthrough research than can be translated quickly into products and services.

Digital technologies are triggering a crucial, comprehensive transformation of R&D organizations, and Nestlé is no exception. It is not only about adopting digital tools, but is a fundamental shift in the operating model for R&D. For this reason, Nestlé R&D has developed a strategy to leverage digital to accelerate time to value, protect the core and unlock new opportunities, for example, by leveraging consumer insights to drive innovation and renovation.

Reporting to the R&D IT Product Stream Operations Manager (PSOM), you will:

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
- ** Experience with R&D systems **(Analysis and visualization tools, laboratory equipment, ).
- Demonstrated experience as **IT product owner**, ideally in a product-based IT organization.
- Experience with standard Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow (APM module especially).
- ** 5+ years experience in IS/IT with roles such as Product Owner or similar positions**.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience working in a **global environment** and with virtual teams.
- Experience in **coordinating**, prioritizing activities.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Being **collaborative **working with diverse teams and R&D site members.
- Have some **analytical thinking** and have data-driven decisions to optimize the local R&D landscape.
- Experience in research or food tech is a plus given the nature of the R&D function.
- Experience in **local IT environments**.
- Fluency in English.

**Bonus Points If you have**:

- Experience to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
- Experience in managing a large portfolio of technical R&D Applications.
