Scientific Project and Alliance Coordinator

To ensure efficient and accurate communication of Almirall R&D with internal and external stakeholders including the coordination of AlmirallShare, maintenance of R&D community and access to key R&D services from academic groups. To support the department, overseeing administrative functions of projects, integrating data, through the adequate management tools.
**Tasks & Responsabilities**:
- Lead the preparation and releasing of the R&D contents and Pipeline update in the Almirall corporate website. Information from the annual report, public information from PRs, R&D pipeline agreed with the CSO, in coordination with External Communication.
- Champion and promote best practice for key communications channels including internal and external social media and other platforms in coordination with Corporate Communications department.
- Drive AlmirallShare (the Almirall open innovation platform) communication campaigns, manage the calls and design following corporate guidelines and Compliance the contents in the AlmirallShare web, liaise with external communication companies to amplify the audience and coordinate the contacts with the proposal senders.
- Lead the submission of R&D reports including the bimonthly report to the RDPC and Board of Directors. In coordination with the Project and Alliances Managers and revised and approved by the RDSC and RDPC secretaries.
- Prepare the R&D contents for the quarterly meeting with investors and the R&D materials in the symposia sponsored by Almirall. Requested by the CSO and the Investors Relations Director.
- Manage the process of submitting R&D publications to the Sphere Platform, press release development and execution including drafting content for partnerships and publications in R&D following the internal procedures. Work in coordination with Internal and External Communication and guide the author of the communication.
- Manage the R&D Community updating the contents and the R&D presentation.
- Draft and closing services agreements with public centres, P.O. preparation and follow-up of the R&D studies for the services.
- Maintain the Partnerships and Experts database in alignment with SHINE, AlmirallShare and consultancies.
- Organize external visits to the R&D center. Organize the agenda and attendees in coordination with the corresponding leader of the visit.
- Manage the TEAMs and Sharepoint of the projects/collaborations and department in coordination with project and alliances managers.
- Support Alliance and Project Managers in preparing, tracking and updating/forecasting project budgets.
- Plan and coordinate the compilation and completion of regular project and portfolio reports.
- Organize PPPE workshops. Agenda coordination and meeting chairing.
**Education**:
Degree on Life Sciences or equivalent
**Specific Knowledge**:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Capable of creating powerful scientific communication presentations for different audiences.
- Highly organized person, adaptable and with strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at R&D, corporate functions and senior management.
- Experience with ofimatic tools.
**Experience**:
