**Position Overview**:
As financial controller, you will play a pivotal role. Your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly financial reports for investors, generating reports for institutional investors (ILPA or Invest Europe), overseeing investment data control, managing financial reporting for portfolio companies, processing cash payments, and collaborating with external auditors on annual accounting statements.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Control**
- Overseeing quarterly investor reporting, cash calls, and distributions_

**Quarterly Reporting**
- Compiling and preparing quarterly reports for investors_

**Accounting**
- Conducting fund and portfolio accounting for different structures_

**Administration**
- Managing cash calls and distribution processes for investors_

**Audit Support**
- Being responsible for the administration of status books and audit protocols_
- Master’s degree in Accounting or similar.
- ACCA or CFA certifications would be beneficial.
- Experience in financial control, accounting, and/or financial analysis
- Proficiency as an Excel user and, ideally, experience with Navision or MS Business Central
- Strong in English and a solid understanding of accounting and investment terminology
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Excellent numerical skills
