We are currently looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to join the team in Madrid and help generate and business develop within Spain. This person is responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of talent marketing leadership, agents, clients, and client service team members and to accomplish client related sales, marketing, and account operations. This includes sales, branding, PR, charitable endeavors, and social media management. Participation in new business development efforts such as prospecting sales leads and marketing material development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with talent marketing team to assist in generating revenue across the sports/music talent roster, including by networking, creating a target list of potential companies that may be interested in partnering with clients; making outbound sales calls; establishing relationships with potential clients.
- Assist with communication across all talent verticals which include team sports
- Shadow talent marking leadership on sales calls and pitches. Record notes and provide meeting recaps
- Update marketing material and create brand pitches as needed
- Serve as gatekeeper for incoming queries for clients and agents; answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls ensuring a high level of professional customer service and confidentiality
- Supports day-to-day logistics for the SVP, Talent Marketing which includes organizing appointments, travel, expenses, and marketing communication

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prospect and research marketing partnerships on behalf of the clients
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong understanding of social/digital media
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to interact with people of all demographics (Fluent in both Spanish and English)
- Requires self-management and project management abilities
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships internally and externally
- Ability to anticipate problems and manage expectations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Has a passion for the sport industry
- Requires considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to work nights and weekends
