**Wat mag je verwachten?**
Een unieke kans om **een uitgebreid opleidingstraject** (3 maanden) te volgen. Je wordt ondergedompeld (theorie en praktijk) in **de Belgische sociale wetgeving **en leert werken met loonpakket-tools. Na het opleidingstraject word je ingezet als Payroll Officer en zet je je kennis over tools, sociale wetgeving, payroll - en HR-thema’s in voor KMO klanten uit de Belgische markt.
Hou je er van om in de inhoud te duiken, projectmatig te werken en loontechnisch zeer sterk te staan? Ben je analytisch ingesteld? Hou je van teamwork? Dan ben jij de ideale aanvulling voor ons FIT Officers team.
Binnen dit internationale team (met ook collega's in België) ga je de uitdaging aan om aan transactionele, loontechnische processen te werken en deze mee te optimaliseren en te standaardiseren.
**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je werkt graag achter de schermen, zonder veel rechtstreeks extern klantencontact
- Je werkt graag cijfermatig en inhoudelijk
- Je focust graag op correctheid en efficiëntie
- Je hebt wel oog voor de klantervaring, en werkt samen met de payco aan een optimale klantervaring.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in personeelsbeleid in het algemeen, verloning, payroll en wetgeving in het bijzonder;
- Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Frans;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer;
- Je houdt ervan projectmatig te werk te gaan;
- Je bent op zoek naar een leerrijke eerste werkervaring of hebt al een eerste ervaring achter de rug;
- Je beschikt minstens over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
- Analytisch en administratief sterk;
- Je woont in Spanje en hebt de mogelijkheid om volledig remote of op kantoor te werken;
- Je bent beschikbaar om half februari in onze opleiding te stappen. Tijdens deze opleiding zal je je af en toe moeten verplaatsen. Daarna kan je zowel thuis als in een lokaal kantoor werken.
