Internal Key Account Manager, Strategic

**Job Purpose**:
Internal key account management for a defined set of partners across the TD SYNNEX portfolio.
Responsible for managing and developing virtual (voice to voice) customer relationships and maximising associated lines of revenue, profit and potential business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and build senior customer relationships to understand customer plans, position TD SYNNEX value proposition to deliver growth
- Use collaboration tools to engage with senior customer contacts to gain business insights, build opportunities and sell across the TD SYNNEX value proposition
- Work across the an allocated set of accounts to identify customer targets, deliver sales proposition and increase customer spend
- Conduct virtual customer visits, proactively maintaining strategic relationships with key decision makers and be seen as a trusted advisor
- Maximise engagement of internal resources through strong leadership and relationships with Internal Sales, Sales Operations and the specialist Business Units (SBU's)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting, profiling and general administration within TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM
- Work with appropriate vendors and business unit representatives to identify, develop and grow target customer
- Gather customer insights through profiling and analysing the account set, creating and taking actions to maximise opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of TD SYNNEX's working practices and business objectives to drive customer engagement
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
