2、组织举办区域的Smartee学术培训、会议,进行品牌技术宣教;

3、与KOL医生建立良好关系,并达成合作 ;

4、 对所辖团队进行KPI考核,提升销售工作效率,推动销售目标达成;

5、 Collect and collate information on competitors' sales and marketing strategies, and adjust sales policies in a timely manner;
5、搜集整理竞争对手销售和市场策略信息,及时调整销售政策;

6、深入了解医生需求和建议,促进公司不断优化产品和服务;

7、上级安排的其它工作任务。

Tenure requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Chinese ;
2, more than 1 year of foreign trade work experience, multilingual ability is preferred;
3, good communication and coordination skills and execution, proactive, strong sense of responsibility;
4, have a good teamwork spirit and professional ethics quality, high loyalty to the enterprise;
