**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Workplace Manager voor onze vier bedrijfspanden in Paramaribo en Wanica ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwen en de terreinen alsmede voor het facilitaire budget en daarmee inhoudelijk voor de facilitaire processen. Je zorgt samen met je team en onze leveranciers voor het (preventief) onderhoud en reparaties aan het gebouw en de inboedel. Op de locaties bedienen wij verschillende opdrachtgevers die vaak een eigen dedicated werkomgeving hebben. De dienstverlening in Suriname is sterk gegroeid de afgelopen jaren en zeer dynamisch, wat betekent dat er veel nieuwe klantteams starten of intern verhuizen. Als Workplace Manager ben verantwoordelijk om dit qua werkomgeving in goede banen te leiden, uiteraard in nauwe afstemming met de operatie en ICT. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de facilitaire inkoopcontracten en beheer en bewaak je lopende vergunningen en vraag je indien nodig nieuwe aan. Webhelp Suriname betrekt veel goederen uit het buitenland dus ook de shipping, inklaring en afhandeling hiervan behoort tot je takenpakket.

Daarnaast bewaak je alle facilitaire zaken die te maken hebben met fysieke in
- en externe securityzaken zoals toegangscontrole systemen en andere fysieke technische eisen die aan de werk
- en openbare ruimtes worden gesteld binnen de diverse certificering protocollen waaraan ons bedrijf moet voldoen.

De focus ligt de komende jaren sterk op het optimaal laten aansluiten van al onze vestigingen op een internationaal profiel. Onze vestigingen moeten voor al onze opdrachtgevers herkenbaar zijn, ongeacht de locatie van waaruit wij hen bedienen, en voldoen aan onze look and feel. Als Workplace Manager ben je ervoor verantwoordelijk om ook op de locaties in Suriname een zo optimaal mogelijke aansluiting op deze internationale richtlijnen te realiseren.

**Het Facility team**
Als Workplace Manager maak je in de eerste plaats deel uit van en geef je leiding aan een team dat bestaat uit een gedreven en enthousiast team van een Senior Workplace Medewerker en meerdere receptionistes met een hart voor Webhelp. Zij verwelkomen jou graag als nieuwe collega

Daarnaast maak je onderdeel uit van een team met drie andere Workplace Managers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verschillende locaties in Nederland. Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Manager Facilities in Nederland. In de lijn zal je vooral veel overleggen met de Algemeen en Operationeel Directeur in Suriname.

**Wie ben jij?**

Je bent zelf startend met enkele jaren relevante ervaring en beschikt over een flinke dosis energie Je bent in staat om individueel te werken, maar weet je collega’s te vinden bij vragen en mee te nemen in essentiële zaken. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en geeft overtuigend gevraagd en ongevraagd advies op het gebied van facilitaire zaken, kwaliteit en veiligheid zoals brand-, inbraak en arbeidsveiligheid waarbij je alle belangen goed weet af te wegen. Je bent stressbestendig, kan goed functioneren in een hectische omgeving en kunt goed relativeren. Je monitort of de afgesproken kwaliteit van de uitbestede diensten zoals schoonmaak, beveiliging en catering worden behaald. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig of in een team verbeterprojecten op te zetten of te begeleiden.

Op persoonlijk vlak is het belangrijk dat je avontuurlijk bent, flexibel, sociaal en goed bent in het leggen en onderhouden van zakelijke relaties.

**Wat kom je brengen?**
- Je beschikt over werkniveau op HBO niveau;
- Een opleiding op het gebied van Facility is een pré;
- Net als de bekendheid met Suriname, en de lokale leef
- en werkcultuur;
- Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring als Workplace Manager binnen een groot bedrijf is een eis;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Ervaring met ISO 27001 is geen noodzaak, maar zeker een pré;
- Je bent sociaal vaardig en weet op verschillende niveaus te schakelen;
- Je bent probleemoplossend, flexibel en creatief;
- Je werkt doelgericht, planmatig en nauwkeurig;**
