As the
**Education Ops and Student Success Manager** at
**Aleph Group Inc.**, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing educational operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring student success. Reporting to the SVP of Education, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the education programs, including admission processes, student support services, coaching, masterclass speaker arrangements, and program delivery across 90 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Aleph's global educational initiatives.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Educational Operations: Manage and optimize the operational aspects of the education programs, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to established procedures, and timely program delivery.
- Resource Optimization: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including staff, technology, and facilities, to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
- Plan Execution: schedule launches of the courses and assemble a grid considering dates, times, countries, and people involved. Implement the necessary changes in the grid according to the needs.
- Admission Coordination: Oversee the admission processes, ensuring seamless enrollment, accurate record-keeping, and efficient communication with prospective students.
- Team coordination: Search, select, train, and guide the team of coaches that lead live sessions. Help them to provide high-quality support, monitoring, and execution for students.
- Student Support: Develop and implement strategies to enhance student support services, ensuring that students have the necessary resources, guidance, and assistance throughout their educational journey.
- Coaching and Masterclass Coordination: Coordinate with coaches and masterclass speakers, ensuring their availability, scheduling, and smooth integration into the education programs.
- Program Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of education programs in 100+ countries, managing logistics, scheduling, and coordination with local partners.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to monitor the effectiveness and impact of educational programs, gathering feedback from students, coaches, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to student performance, program outcomes, and operational metrics. Generate reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for program enhancement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, including curriculum developers, instructional designers, marketing, and enrollment, to ensure alignment and coordination of educational initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education and related fields, incorporating relevant insights into program planning and development.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational operations, student support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with admission processes, student support services, and program delivery coordination.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for program improvement.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data analysis, project management, and communication.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and online learning platforms is a plus.
