Sandoz has embraced a bold strategy to drive a company-wide digital transformation. FIOH organization is pioneering the Digital Transformation in the Finance Function designing new models of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data that allow us to automatize some of the current processes in order to leave our finance teams focus on Analytics and Business Partnering.
- The Head Finance Innovation will lead the strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning finance tools and processes and be considered an expert in this field. Will also identify innovative finance tools and processes inside and outside Sandoz and deliver best in class analytics and predictive analytics as well as ensuring proper business ownership and governance and be a catalyst of change and drive change management.
- Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
- Define the strategy and vision for Finance Innovation, taking inputs from Global, Regions and Countries worldwide (Finance and other Functions)
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to attract high-value adding activities from Countries and Regions
- Drive ideation and quality implementation of Finance Innovation and be a catalyst of change management within Sandoz Finance and other Functions
- Develop and promote high-end services to Global, Regions and Countries and drive adoption
- Liaise with Technology Finance Solutions. Ensure good collaboration, strategic and operational alignment and good governance of systems (IT architecture).
- Develop and manage a team of 9 advanced analytics leads, attract and retain talents by fostering a performance driven, collaborative culture across the organization

**Minimum requirements**
- What you will bring:
- Strong operational Finance experience in commercial operations and above country organizations (Division/Region)
- Consulting experience & additional education like MBA would be an asset
- Knowledge/Experience with advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Ma-chine Learning
Minimum requirements:
- University degree in business, economics or related field with >10 years financial experience
- English mandatory and Spanish is a benefit - other language desired
