**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the CEO, the
**Head of Sales** has
**full ownership **on the definition, implementation and execution of our
**commercialisation strategy**. It works in close collaboration with other company areas to set up the best sales for delivering our platform internationally at an accelerated pace.

**This role requires you to**:

- Enrich our company vision with a high strategic mindset.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Analyse patterns in customer behaviour and define strategies to optimise commercial performance.
- Work cross-functionally with other areas (Product, Operations, Customer Success, etc) ensuring alignment to support and drive sales.
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers taking accountability for the area’s performance against targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales teams and upper management.
- Establish and foster relationships with key customers such as dealers and tech integrators.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 5+ years experience in B2B international sales management of digital products.
- Business acumen and a proven track record of achieving goals and sales targets.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience creating strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Availability to travel 30% of the time
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience in the lighting industry will be a plus.
