**El Rol**

Esta posición tiene el propósito de coordinar y gestionar la comunicación directa a través de todos los canales digitales de forma reactiva y proactiva; de esta manera podemos mantener la satisfacción de los consumidores y stakeholders dentro y fuera de la compañía además de cada una de las marcas del portafolio acorde a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

**El equipo**

Serás parte de un equipo EPIC Pertenecerás al equipo de Engagement que tiene el gran propósito de fortalecer la relación de las marcas con los consumidores para lograr la mejor interacción con nuestros clientes. Los proyectos en los que estarás tendrán un impacto en consumidor, cliente y en todos los Findasensers, logrando relaciones que funcionan a todos los níveles. Estarás dentro de un ambiente de autogestión que te permitirá liderar proyectos nuevos y únicos potenciando el Innovation Leader que nos identifica a todos en Findasense.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestionarás los mensajes públicos y privados que los consumidores dejen a las marcas que gestiones, siempre buscando generar impactos positivos y aportando valor a los usuarios con los que interacciones.
- Realizarás la cobertura en redes sociales de eventos en caso de que se produzcan.
- Participarás proactivamente en las reuniones de equipo con el fin de informar sobre el estado de la comunicación en redes sociales.
- Participarás en reuniones con cliente y/u otras agencias para la coordinación y gestión de las diferentes campañas.
- Realizarás informes cuantitativos y cualitativos sobre la performance en redes sociales.
- Investigarás nuevas tendencias en RRSS que contribuyan a mejorar la estrategia y resultados.

**¿Quién eres?**
- Tienes formación en Marketing Digital con foco en gestión de RRSS y quieres desarrollarte como Community Manager, aprendiendo y creciendo en diferentes proyectos.
- Deseablemente, cuentas ya con algo de experiência como Community Manager.
- Te apasiona el mundo de las Redes Sociales y siempre estás al tanto de las últimas tendencias y novedades que se producen en ellas.
- Eres una persona creativa y proactiva a la hora de proponer ideas o mejoras.
- Tienes un nível alto de inglés (se evaluará).
