**Descripción**:
Desde Grupo Digital buscamos Consultores/as de Data/AI para incorporación sería directa en plantilla de cliente

Ubicación: cualquier ubicación en España (impresindible residir en España).

Modalidad de trabajo: remoto

Horario: jornada completa.

Funciones:
Toma y análisis de requisitos.
Colaboración en la implantación de soluciones y la ejecución de proyectos de transformación digital de primer nível en el sector salud.
Sugerir de manera proactiva estrategias, propuestas y alternativas para lograr los objetivos de los proyectos.
Aportar capacidades de gestión, evaluación y comunicación del progreso de las tareas y proyectos.
Identificar y gestionar con solvencia riesgos y problemas relacionados con el proyecto.
Coordinar con el equipo técnico para la implementación de las soluciones y la resolución de problemas.
Realizar análisis cuantitativos y/o cualitativos alrededor de orígenes de información, dando soporte a los profesionales de salud en la toma de decisiones.

Graduado universitario.
Capacidad de análisis de procesos.
Capacidad de comunicación con el cliente.
Experiência en participación en proyectos del sector salud gestionados mediante metodologías y frameworks ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, Safe).
Experiência en diseño y ejecución de análisis cuantitativos para probar y analizar hipótesis utilizando diferentes fuentes de información. Sintetizar los resultados, analizar hipótesis, desarrollar recomendaciones y comunicar los resultados a un nível ejecutivo.

Experiência en proyectos de Data/AI en el sector Salud.

Se valorarán conocimientos en las siguientes áreas:
Participación de proyectos tecnológicos en el ámbito de salud, en el contexto del desarrollo e implantación de soluciones.
Conocimiento de estándares de interoperabilidad sanitarios: HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR o OMOP.
Conocimiento de nomenclaturas y clasificaciones del ámbito sanitario (SNOMED, CIE, etc.).
Conocimientos a nível técnico y funcional de sistemas clínicos del ámbito de la salud: Sistemas de información hospitalarios (HIS), Sistemas de atención primaria, Sistemas departamentales (prescripción & farmacia, quirúrgico, etc.) o Telemedicina.
Conocimientos de motores de integración y/o otras herramientas o aplicaciones propias del ámbito sanitario (Mirth, IRIS, etc.).
Otros conocimientos tecnológicos (SQL, NoSQL, IA, Data, etc.)
Experiência en soluciones de Data/IA en nube pública.
Experiência en arquitecturas Data Mesh o Data Spaces en ámbito Salud.
Certificación DAMA o similar
