Estamos buscando un/a Manager que reporte directamente a la dirección de Procurement y Admin Support dentro del depatamento de Finance, para las oficinas centrales de Madrid o Málaga.

**La persona seleccionada se ocupará de**:
Liderar y coordinar a los equipos de Servicios Generales y Admin Support para todas las empresas del grupo en España y Portugal.
- El equipo de Servicios Generales se encarga de todas las tareas relacionadas con:

- Gestión de oficinas, ya sean internas o externas, así como la supervisión y gestión integral de todos los servicios generales de la empresa (limpieza, vigilancia, mensajería, material de oficina, suministros internos, recepción).
- Gestión de viajes y desplazamientos profesionales y la flota de renting de todas las empresas del grupo.
- Equipo de Admin Support se encarga de todas las gestiones relacionadas con:

- Administraciones y Organismos Público, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos administrativos para el funcionamiento de todos los centros que conforman el grupo, así como el seguimiento de dichos trámites.
- Coordinación con empresas externas para la ejecución y seguimiento de los proyectos de obras, aperturas y servicios en los centros.
- Apoyo a toda la red de tiendas.
- Consolidación de datos para el cumplimiento de compromisos con propiedades de los locales.
- Negociación y gestión de todas las polizas de seguros relativos a la operativa del negocio, de todas las empresas que pertenecen al grupo.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Cuáles son los requisitos de la oferta?**
- Tener formación de Grado o Licenciatura.
- Valorable positivamente formación en management, gestión de equipos y transformación digital.
- Valorable conocimiento en Portugués.
- Paquete office nível experto (PPT, Excel y Word).
- Alto nível de adaptabilidad y gestión del cambio.
- Superación constante.
- Capacidad de liderazgo situacional.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de rápido aprendizaje para conocer procesos internos y ser capaz de guiar al equipo en la resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de aportar mejoras y ayudar en la transformación digital.
- Gestión de datos y mejora de la gestión en base a los datos.
- Capacidad de coordinación de un equipo multigeneracional.
- Capacidad de gestión de equipos en remoto.
- Escalar en tiempo y forma a su manager los riesgos que puedan surgir.
