**Your duties**
- You will solve end user IT problems escalated from Level 1 or Onsite Support via Service Now.
- You will capture and edit Alerts from monitoring tools to avoid Major Incidents.
- You will participate in the optimization of our Knowledge Base.
- You will escalate not solved or critical Incidents to 3rd Level or On-Site Support teams.
**Your profile**
- You also have first-hand experience handling IT client, network and server infrastructure.
- You have an Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).
- You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- You are highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- You will alternately work on weekends (approx. 1x/month), but no 24/7 shift system or callout.
