Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team. If you're ready to take on new challenges, contribute to a positive work environment, and make an impact, we want you on our team.
**What you´ll do**:
- Sales: Increasing and maximizing business opportunities and identifying and clarifying customer needs to recommend the service or product for every situation.
- Service: Using knowledge acquired (skills and attitudes) to ensure customer satisfaction and attending kindly customer in any situation and answering their requests.
- Dutch / Flemish & English fluent.
- Previous experience in customer service/sales
**We will offer you**:
- Permanent contract starting on the 1st of March.
- Salary: 24321.61 euros gross per year plus monthly bonus scheme.
