**Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and curious Saas Sales Executive to join the team in Spain. This person will be in charge of New Clients offering Spacewell's Workplace Solutions that will help our clients to drive the change as well as climate goals to save the planet.

**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver an annual software sales target through New Business.
- Proactively communicate with our Partners in Spain.
- Re-qualifying Inbound opportunities coming from the Marketing team.
- Designing and leading outbound campaigns targeting key Enterprise Accounts
- Log all activities into the CRM.
- Monthly forecasting: existing month (85% accuracy), existing quarter and next quarter.
- Prepare & deliver online demonstrations of Spacewell's SaaS solutions to prospective Partners and end-customers.
- Be an active Social Media player in your Market, to engage with appropriate prospects and share industry insights.
- The Account Executive reports to the Chief Sales Officer in Spain.

**About You**
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Software sales both direct and indirect. If you've worked in the Smart Buildings sector, that will give you a plus.
- You love technology and thrive in a fast changing environment.
- You are happy working in an international context.
- You speak Spanish and English fluently. Other languages will be a plus.
- You have at least 3 years of experience using a CRM.
- You're an Outgoing person: telephone calls, meetings, etc. are not challenging for you.
- You're passionate about establishing objectives, analyse performance, hitting your goals and repeat.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- You are not happy with just a job, you want to help in making a real impact in the world.
