Tasks

**In your day-to-day**:

- You will receive incoming calls and mails from partners and provide administrative support.
- You will support and cooperate closely with Logistics in daily operation (monitoring delivery service level and manage exceptions/delays).
- You will ensure lead/e-Enquiry qualification and distribution.
- You will create quotes/pricing.
- You will proactively support the sales process by assisting the market managers and partners (preparing offers, ensuring the validity of contracts...)
- You will maintain the CRM/ERP.
- You will support MM/Business in organizing Channel Partner Trainings and Events (on-site and virtual).

**Requirements**:
**You're the person we're looking for if**:

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Sales administrator, Export administrator...)
- You have experience on working with dealers/partners/distributors.
- You have experience working for non-Spanish markets: LatAm, Middle East, Europe...
- You have a native level of Italian, a high level of English and an intermediate level of Spanish. Any other languages will be a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to build long-term relationships with partners/distributors.
- You're proactive, stable, empathetic and a strong team player.
