We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Italian speaking Sales Representative Specialist for their Barcelona office.

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + incentives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactive account management to drive profitability
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Identify, profile, and qualify prospects and decision makers in targeted companies and detect opportunities
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
- Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- B2B Sales experience is desirable
- Solid sales background is needed
- Knowledge of the Channel market landscape is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivated with a sound business acumen and commercial mindset
- Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
