Buscamos un/a **Technical Manager **que se encargará de dar soporte técnico en la gestión diaria de los edificios en cartera, residenciales y terciarios, y sea capaz de liderar los proyectos de reforma en los edificios en gestión.

Entre las funciones que desempeñará, se encuentran:

- Mantener una relación estrecha y fluida con las propiedades.
- Apoyo técnico y normativo a los property managers y elaboración de CapEx de inversión de los activos adaptados a las necesidades de los edificios, tanto de uso residencial como terciario.
- Puesta en marcha y gestión del CapEx aprobados en los edificios.
- Project management de grandes actuaciones en marcha, incluyendo:

- Gestión del proyecto desde su concepción hasta su redacción
- Gestión de proceso de licencias
- Licitación de obras mediante la elaboración de pliegos y optimización de costes de la actuación
- Control del proyecto en fase de obra
- Control de costes
- Control de la planificación establecida y riesgos del proyecto
- Recopilación de información fin de obra
- Gestión de listas de repasos y post-venta
- Prestar servicios de ECOP, controlando las obras de implantación de los arrendatarios en los edificios.
- Elaboración de informes técnicos y colaboración en technical due dilligences

Requisitos mínimos:

- Grado en Ingeniería Industrial o Arquitectura
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en puesto similar
- Nível de inglés mínimo B2
- Conocimientos sobre Project Management
- Autocad
- MS Office
- Gestión de repasos de edificios residenciales

Requisitos deseables:

- Máster en Ingeniería Industrial o Arquitectura
- Microsoft Project
- Herramientas de certificación energética de edificios: CE3X, CE3, Calener
- Formación en sostenibilidad: Certificaciones Breeam, Leed, Well
- Catalán valorable
