We are looking for a Transfer Manager to join our team in our office in Benalmádena. As a Transfer Manager you will be responsible to manage and control transfer service in Andalucía, having a close relationship with TTOO and transfer providers to ensure the best quality of service. Our future colleague will also be a key person to push the digitalization in our Transfer department. If you are looking for a new challenge and love the merge between tourism and digitalization, we are waiting to meet you.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Management and control of transfers in Andalucía
- Coordination with transport providers to ensure the best quality of service
- Communication with hoteliers and TTOO.
- Management of claims and incidents.
- Coordinate the Airport Coordinators in Andalucía
- Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
- Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in the area
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus
- Degree in Tourism or similar
- Knowledge of Office Package is a must.
- Good knowledge of Costa del Sol
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our inhouse operation system
