Be right at the heart of our famous 24/7 TUI Destination Service Team as one of our international **Business Support Admin Support, **you will assist with administrative support to our colleagues and business partners throughout TUI Musement, to provide a high level of service for our internal customers. Office tasks mostly relating to procurement, setting up and distribution of equipment and supplies, stocktaking, organizing. System support tasks and user creations for our Contact Centre team members.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Manage the movement and allocation of equipment for our TUI Contact Centre Team
- Working with team leaders, team managers, quality coaches to ensure all office maintenance issues are smoothly resolved as well as working with Facilities Manager to ensure our office meets required standards and all issues are addressed

- Be point of contact for any technical equipment and supply issues
- Assist new starters with onboarding and providing technical support during onboarding
- To ensure all required equipment for our staff to work from both home and TUI office is in stock and accounted for
- Systems support and user creation for our whole

**ABOUT YOU**
- Conversational Spanish is required
- Good administration skills, strong planning, organisation and confident with technology
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead
- A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
- Physically fit and able to pack and move boxes and equipment/supplies around the building as needed

- A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at 20.500€ gross/year.
- Full time role partly offcie based, working 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
