Joining the TUI Musement as a **Senior Support Team Manager **and help your team to become experts in providing the very best 24/7 digital service to our guests.
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
- Leading a multinational team of Senior Support Advisors who work on escalated cases, welfare issues and crisis messaging.
- Building and retaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders in the Source Markets and our destination teams. You will investigate and resolve any questions or complaints straight away.
- You enjoy change and challenges and support at times with more complex, sensitive, or emergency situations needing extra special attention.
- Collaborate with key stake holders during a crisis, providing key information and allocating resources to help support our guests in need.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A consistently happy colleague and great team player who will always lead by example and confident to performance manage multiple disciplines.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs and supporting custoomers on holiday 24/7. Rotational shift patterns which include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Able to work in an agile environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Able to drive Service and Sales and use and analyse data to develop action plans to deliver improved results.
- Contact Centre and team management experience mandatory - bullet point only to use external.
- Excellent language skills, both verbal and written in English. Any additional languages advantageous.
